How do we book or reserve our Tour?

If you wish to make a reservation or booking, please go to the Tour Package you are most interested in, then fill in the “Check Availability” contact form found on the right side of the tour page, insert your details and one of our team members will get back to you within 24 hours.

How do we pay for the Tours?

We have credit card facilities on board the vehicles, therefore, you may pay by card or alternatively we also accept cash payments in British Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. Prices may vary according to the exchange rates. If need be we will pass by an ATM so you can withdraw the necessary cash.

What does the Tour cost include?

With the payment of the Tour Package of your choice, this will include admission fees to all the relevant Gibraltar Attractions planned and scheduled according to your package. This way the tour and entrance to the different attractions will be hassle-free and run swiftly not wasting a minute of your time.

What is not included in the Tour cost?

The Tour packages cost will not include extra costs such as any meals, beverages and tips.

What Languages are available during the Tour?

All our guides and drivers are fluent in both English and Spanish. If you do not understand any of these two languages and require any other, please contact us via email with your special request and we will make arrangements. Other Languages available may be French, German, Polish, Dutch, Italian and Portuguese.

Do Vehicles have Wheelchair Access?

Regrettably our vehicles have no wheelchair access ramps nor lifts. Please contact us if you have any further queries about this matter or have special requests.

What are the accessibility conditions for people who have difficulty walking or mobility problems?

Most attractions are very accessible with the possibility of our driver dropping you off practically at the doorstep of the entrance to most of the attractions. In some cases, the attractions are designed to walk and venture deep into their essence (specially when it comes to the Tunnels), but others may be just a quick stop and short wandering around. You can take things at your own pace and decide once you are at the location.

What is the cancellation policy?

It would be great if no cancellation is necessary and we hope to see you at our agreed meeting point on the date and time previously agreed. However, if special circumstances arise, such as travelling delay or health issues, and you are able to advise with 48 hours notice before your booked tour; we can rearrange or make adjustments. However, please note that no payments or deposits will be refunded if cancellation is under 48 hours. Please contact us and we will accommodate as much as possible.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If you predict you will be late to our agreed time, please contact us asap via email or telephone so we can make the necessary adjustments. Please review our cancellation policy for more information.

Are there Tours available for more than 8 people?

Our vehicles can only accommodate 8 passengers. However, if you are arranging for a bigger group to visit Gibraltar, please get in contact with us so we can make arrangements for this. We will make available a number of other vehicles of the same size and travel in convoy so the group does not get separated, or we can possibly arrange for a minibus depending on your circumstances. Where are the collection and drop off locations?

Meeting points for collections may vary depending on where you are travelling from. It could be at your accommodation if you are staying in Gibraltar, it could be at the Frontier if you travel from Spain or by the Cruise terminal if you are a cruise passenger. Either Way please get in contact with us by email and we will give you all the information you need.

Can we Book a Semi-Private Cruise Tour?

If you are a cruise passenger stopping at Gibraltar Port and wish to share a semi private tour with other fellow cruise passengers, you need to open a roll call on Cruise Critics boards. Once you have gathered a group of 8 cruise passengers, please contact us to check availability and reserve your vehicle as soon as possible as Cruise liner tours are highly likely to sell out fast.

Are there Cruise Tours available for more than 8 people?

Our vehicles can only accommodate 8 passengers. However, if you are arranging for a bigger group, or have opened a roll call on Cruise Critics boards to visit Gibraltar, please get in contact with us so we can make arrangements for this. We will make available a number of other vehicles of the same size and travel in convoy so the group does not get separated, or we can possibly arrange for a minibus depending on your circumstances.

What is the meeting point when arriving by Cruise?

Our driver will collect you and/or your group just outside the cruise terminal. This is the standard location, however if you would like to make different arrangements, please get in contact with us via email asap so we can make the necessary arrangements in due time. For ease of reference we will be holding your name so you can easily identify your Tour Guide.

Where will the drop off location be?

Our drivers can drop you off wherever you request, within Gibraltar territory of course. It can be right back at the Cruise Terminal or by Main Street so you can do some last minute shopping. We are flexible about this, so just speak to your driver and arrange with him.

What identification document is required to enter into Gibraltar?

Passports are required by all visitors to Gibraltar, except EU nationals who are in possession of a valid national identity card. As a general rule, people who require a visa for entry into the United Kingdom will also require a separate visa for entry to Gibraltar.

What is the best place to park our Car if we are arriving from Spain?

We highly recommend you park your car on the Spanish side before entering the border into Gibraltar. There are various options in La Linea de la Concepcion town, one underground parking by Burger King, another underground parking by the Plaza de La Constitucion, and another open air one by the border entrance where cars queue up to come into Gibraltar.

What is the meeting point if we arrive from Spain?

Once you cross the border check into Gibraltar, as you come out of the Gibraltar customs building, your tour guide will be waiting for you in the parking lot across the road next to the Exchange Bureau office. We will hold a sign with your name for ease of reference.
